① CAKE CAFE Terms of Service (Full Version)

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between SOUL LEAD KOREA Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and the members using the CAKE CAFE website (the "Service").

Article 2 (Membership and Restrictions)

  1. The user agreement is established when the applicant agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and the Company accepts the application.
  2. In accordance with global service policies, the Company strictly prohibits the registration of children under 14 years of age (or the minimum age required by the laws of the user's country of residence, e.g., under 13 in the US, under 16 in the EU). Accounts violating this may be terminated without prior notice.
  3. The Company may refuse registration or terminate the agreement if the user provides false information, steals another person's email, or accesses the system abnormally (abusing).

Article 3 (Provision and Modification of Services)

  1. The Company provides customized K-pop information, opportunities to participate in offline pop-up events, and community activities.
  2. The Company may add paid services (e-commerce, etc.) in the future, subject to separate terms and consent regarding payment and shipping.

Article 4 (Member's Obligations and Information Management)

  1. Members are solely responsible for managing their account (email) and password. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from lending, sharing, or transferring the account to a third party.
  2. Members must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Company or disrupt its operations.

Article 5 (Termination of Agreement)
Members may apply for account termination at any time through the website menu, and the Company will process it immediately in accordance with relevant laws.

Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, maintenance, or communication failures.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members regarding the use of free services unless caused by the Company's gross negligence.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising between the Company and a member shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court of the Republic of Korea.


② CAKE CAFE Privacy Policy (Full Version)

1. Purpose of Collection and Use
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes and does not use it for any other purposes:

  • Membership Management: Identity verification, intent to register, prevention of fraudulent use, and age verification (restricting children).
  • Service Provision: Providing customized K-pop services, content delivery, and future commerce payments/shipping.
  • Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, delivering notices, and notifying event results.

2. Personal Information Collected

  • Required Items: Name, Email, Password, Phone Number, Nationality, Favorite K-pop Artist
  • Automatically Collected Items: IP address, Cookies, Date of visit, Service usage records, Device information

3. Retention Period and Destruction
The Company retains personal information within the period agreed upon or required by law. Once the purpose is fulfilled (e.g., account deletion), the information is destroyed without delay using irreversible methods.

  • Membership Information: Until account deletion
  • Exceptions (Required by Law):
    • Records of contracts/cancellations, payments/goods supply: 5 years
    • Records of consumer complaints/disputes: 3 years
    • Website visit records: 3 months

4. Consignment and Overseas Transfer of Personal Information
To provide smooth global services, the Company consigns tasks as follows. Data of overseas users may be transferred and stored in Korea or global cloud regions to provide services.

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Google Cloud: System operation and global data storage
  • Gmail SMTP (or similar): Email dispatch and customer notification

5. User Rights and Protection of Children's Privacy

  • User Rights: Users may request to view, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information at any time, or withdraw consent (delete account). (Compliant with global regulations like GDPR).
  • Restriction on Children: The Company does not collect personal information from children under 14 (or the legal age in the user's country, e.g., 16 in the EU, 13 in the US). Registration of children under this age is strictly restricted.

6. Data Protection Officer and Contact
The Company has designated a Data Protection Officer to handle complaints and remedy damages related to personal information processing.
